If you decide within the month that they are not the right fit, we endeavour to promptly replace with another lecadet - no fee incurred. We also have a fantastic lecadet support team who ensure to tackle any issues before they become problems.
We offer a total of three months ongoing support during their placement which involves training and mentorship sessions once a week with our senior ex-career legal support professionals. At lecademy, we are dedicated to continuously upskilling our lecadets and ensuring they’re getting all the legal support skills they need. If they had a specific query or struggle point from their placement, we would aim to address these concerns so that they continue to excel at your firm.
lecadets work full-time for our hiring partners and should be treated like one of your team. We encourage them to join in your culture and socials to make their experience the best it can be.

Our fee encompasses our attraction, assessment, training, support, continued L&D. So on a like to like basis, our total cost is not comparable. In addition to this, you have the flexibility of avoiding a 4-week notice and reduced time-to-hire with our immediately available talent pool.
