STEP 1

ATTRACT

Our marketing campaigns connect with people from a diverse range of backgrounds, appealing predominantly to passionate career changers. We specifically market to underrepresented groups within the legal space, allowing us to find vibrant, diverse perspectives of thinking to bring to organisations.

STEP 2

Train

Our in-house senior ex-career legal support professionals deliver training for up to 4 months. This is hands on, relevant, and modern training.

STEP 3

Support

We support our lecadets over a 4 month period to help them grow professionally. They then join the client as a successful legal support superstar. Clients then have the option to turn lecadets into permanent employees, allowing for greater strength in hard-to-find skill sets, as well as increased diversity.

STEP 4

Bespoke Offerings
